Lizards
Most of the lizard species we produce are geckos, but we also have a ever changing selection of agamas, skinks, chameleons and more!
Here at Asheville Wildside we love snakes! We work with and produce dozens of species and selectively bred mutations. From corn snakes to gaboon vipers let us help you find your next snake!

Asheville Wildside produces a number of dart frogs and tree frogs throughout the year and also maintains a changing selection of quality captive produced and hand selected amphibians.

Tarantulas
One of my favorite groups of animals to work with. I've always had a strong love and fascination for arachnids. Asheville Wildside works with and produces dozens of species year round!
Scorpions
Like tarantulas, scorpions are a popular group of arachnids in the pet trade. We keep and produce a number of species here at Asheville Wildside and also have a selection of captive produced and quality field collected animals.
True Spiders
While not as popular as their larger relatives spiders of the infraorder Araneomorphae are also fascinating and often easy to care for. We produce a number of true spiders, including many widows, huntsman, jumping and fishing spiders.
Other Arachnids
Amblypygids and Uropygids are the two most commonly kept groups of non-spider non-scorpion arachnids. They are fascinating alien looking animals and are becoming more and more available from captive produced sources.
Insects
An incredibly diverse group of animals that are growing in popularity in the US. Asheville Wildside keeps and produces many species of mantids, phasmids, beetles and roaches.
Myriopods
Millipedes and Centipedes are amazing living fossils and for the most part are very easily kept and long lived invertebrates. We produce several species of millipedes and have several species of both millipedes and centipedes available from wild collected sources.
Aquatic Invertebrates
One wall of my animal room is dedicated to tanks that house producing colonies of exotic freshwater snails, shrimp, crayfish and crabs! While these animals are more familiar to aquarium hobbyists than snake or tarantula keepers these beautiful and amazing animals are well worth your time!
